Product Engineer,VC

Responsibilities
• To be video conferencing solutions expert (software and hardware).
• Demonstrate, implement, maintain, and support cloud platform for video and audio conferencing, collaboration, chat, and webinars, and video conferencing solutions hardware.
• First line user support (on site as well as remote, via any communication channel) for video conferencing solutions installation and setup, and in some cases, cooperate with customer’s IT team for system configuration.
• User administration, system monitoring, ad-hoc network configuration changes and troubleshooting
• Proactive in providing excellent customer service
• Support sales team as technical expert for video conferencing solutions.
• Lead technical discussion with oversea vendors for video conferencing solutions.
• Perform and maintain proper documentation
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as appropriate.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร : 1. Male or Female 2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering or related field. 3. At least 2 years experiences in Network, Telecommunication or Information technology field 4. Strong problem solving skills and broad technical skills both hardware and software. 5. Highly committed/Highly determined/Highly dedicated to the job. 6. Enthusiastic to gather new knowledge. 7. Driven, with a hands-on attitude and flexible but strategic approach 8. Willing and able to undertake business trips as needed 9. Good Command of written and Spoken English 10. Good Communication and Presentation Skill,Possession of vehicle driving license
