Plastic injection Engineer

- Responsible for Plastic Injection Parts manufacturing, Production Control, Assembly, Machine and Moulds maintenance
- Work with Facility engineer for PM plans of injection machines and other equipment in the plant
- Developing and improving product quality, machines & labour efficiency, equipment and facilities utilization
- Work with other production for assembly & QA to ensure process efficiency & product quality
- Delivering on-going improvements to processes, procedures and products to achieve cost savings targets
- Responsible for the raw material and recycle material, Management of scrap and follow up of defect.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร : 1. Bachelor degree in Engineering, Plastics/Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial 2. At least 3 years in plastic injection process and mold maintenance, knowledge in Stamping, Painting process is a plus 3. knowledge in ISO Systems ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO13485, PPAP, drawing, Control plan, FMEA, PDCA/8D report, 5Why Analysis, KAIZEN and Audit skill would be an advantage 4. Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skill and Good command of English. 5. Understanding of tool and parts costing 6. Good problem solving, analytical and communication skills
