SAP Assistant Manager

Analyze system user requirements to define and design system enhancements and modifications.
Work closely with the business and functional teams regarding the viability of business requirements.
Analysis, selection and modification of enterprise systems, application software.
Review and evaluate key attributes and improvements to existing applications.
Resolve business issues by working with BCM users
Participate in the creation and enforcement of SAP software standards and procedures.
Manage the Technical and Functional team to ensure application architecture standards maximize efficiency and support platform compatibility.
Create follow ups with functional and technical team about project updates and documentations
Set examples and guide team members how to successfully implement changes in processes
Maintain accuracy of helpdesk database of reported problems and the knowledgebase of corrective actions which resolved issue
Select, develop and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of functions.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร : 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or other related field. (Master’s degree preferred) 2. Experience with SAP applications as well as business related processes. 3. 5+ years’ experience in leadership role 4. Strong experience in ABAP and ABAP-OO 5. Strong knowledge in UI5 and development of Fiori apps 6. Excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills, ability to work with technical and non-technical staff 7. Willingness to develop Bluechips further by learning new technologies and supporting the implementation of new technologies 8. Strong motivation and team spirit 9. Language : Good command of written English and spoken. 10. Able to work under pressure
