Financial Controller

Responsibilities:

1. Managing all finance & accounting operations and records in compliance with accounting standards and related regulations.
2. Presenting financial and accounting reports in an accurate and timely manner, meeting all reporting requirements and deadlines.
3. Analyzing financial and accounting data and variance analysis from the budget and suggesting areas for improvement to the management team.
4. Co-ordinating and preparing the annual budget including operating budget and capital expenditures budget.
5. Maintaining internal controls over financial and operational process. Ensuring that standard operational policies and procedures are followed and updated.
6. Coordinating with audit activities from internal and external auditors.
7. Working with Treasury in managing cash flow.
8. Providing leadership and managing the finance & accounting team effectively and efficiently.
9. Develop, adapt and implement LSOP’s for all department functions
10. Strengthening internal communications with other departments and promoting a supportive work environment.
11. The training, guidance and development of all finance & accounting colleagues and encourage individual development
12. Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร : 1. 1. Thai nationality, age over 35 years old 2. 2. Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting. 3. 3. Minimum 10 years of accounting experience of which at least 5 years should be in a senior management level. 4. 4. Technically competent in financial and management accounting. 5. 5. Background in service industry experience is an advantage. 6. 6. Good leadership and development skills, adaptable to change and proactive in problem solving 7. 7. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines 8. 8. High energy level, enthusiastic, positive and creative 9. 9. Working in a team environment 10. 10. Strong communication in English is required (reading, speaking and writing)
