Top Glove Technology Co., Ltd. is the Latex Concentrate Manufacturing, a group of Top Glove who are a Main Board public listed company and world largest rubber gloves manufacturer with 27 factories with a production capacity of more than 45 billion gloves per year and export to more than 195 countries worldwide. In line with our continuous expansion plan, We are looking for highly qualified people for any vacancies in both current business and new business as follows:

R&D officer

1. Design and setup for research laboratories, coordinate with project team on the setup planning and progress follow up.
2. Design and develop new innovative products to create new market trend and demand, manage product development from lab scale to pilot run.
3. Conduct R&D study for value added, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, or cost reduction of existing products.
4. Carry out research to achieve industry breakthrough in process enhancement, new material development, or new technology for quality improvement or cost down initiative.
5. Offer technical support on production process, raw material analysis, quality troubleshooting, engineering design, and customer inquiries.
6. Provide engineering solutions for improvement in process efficiency, process automation, and line design.
7. Work closely with other internal functions such as Marketing and Production to provide product expertise and render technical support on product development to achieve business goals.
8. Develop close working relationships with external parties such as research collaboration partners, raw material suppliers, and testing laboratories.
9. Communicate effectively and regularly to reporting superiors on project progress, results and analysis in terms of complete study reports, presentations, and meetings.
10. Ensure all lab equipment is well maintained, utilized in proper manner and calibrated periodically.
11. Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management from time to time.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร : 1. PhD/ Master /Bachelor of Sciences, Engineer. (chemistry, polymer science, polymer technology, analytical chemistry or material science or related field) 2. Experience in concentrate and field latex will be an advantage. 3. Male or Female, ages 27 – 35 years old. 4. Able to communicate in English.
