Receptionist

- Welcome customers
- Check-in, Check-Out
- Greet and meet and assist guest upon the arrival
- To be responsible for the overall care and service for guests throughout their stay.
- Assists and follows up guests’ requests and inquiries.
- Provide information and service based on the hotel standards and policies.
- Knows the type of rooms available as well as their location and layout
- Knows the selling status, rates, and benefits of all packages plans
- Understands the hotel's policy
- Other duties as assigned.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร : 1. Bachelor's Degree in Hotel or related field 2. Male / Female, age not over 30 years 3. Have experience at least 1 years 4. Good command in English, spoken and written fluently. 5. Good personality 6. Have self-confidence 7. Can work as shift. 8. Can work under pressure.
