Warehouse & Packing Manager

Warehouse Responsibilities
• Responsible of the Warehouse Outbound and Inbound sections (internal material flow, supply to production).
• Training staff and monitoring their performance and progress. Support the team on achieving the set goals.
• Coordinate the use of automated and computerized systems where necessary
• Communicate/interact with department heads to coordinate warehouse activities, such as: production, quality, purchasing.
• Overview of stock control and on-time processing of orders.
• Responsible for a clean and safe storage of materials in all areas of the warehouse (including the administration and application of all safety policies, procedures, and programs).
• Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts: reconciling with data in ERP system
• Develop, implement and monitor new/improved inventory control procedures (for example: physical cycle count program).
• Review invoices, work orders, consumption reports, and demand forecasts to estimate peak delivery periods and to issue work assignments.
• Produce regular reports and statistics on a weekly and monthly basis.

Packing Responsibilities
• Responsible of the packing operations: supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in packaging products for shipment.
• Issuing and maintaining work schedules
• Ensure all tasks are completed on-time, matching quality standards and safety
• Communicate with department heads to coordinate packing activities, such as: production, planning, KAM, Quality.
• Identify opportunities for improvement :
 Implement new procedures
 Increase Productivity
 Reduce waste
• Plan machine/equipment maintenance used by packing team
• Recruiting staff and organizing training
• Maintain Packaging staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Maintain Packaging staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร : 1. BA in Business, BS in Engineering or related field 2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in Warehouse operations (preferable electronic Industry) and 3 years experiences at supervisor level 3. Good command of English 4. Experience with ERP system (SAP experience will be an advantage) 5. Knowledge in the aspect of inventory, logistics, supply chain management
