รายละเอียดงาน
1. Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
2. Provide knowledge of product features to customers.
3. Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
4. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
5. Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example; quality of product)
6. Update our internal databases with information and useful discussions with customers
7. Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
8. Gather customer feedback and share with our Production, R&D and QA teams
9. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัครMale or Female, age 26-35 year old. Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineer or Wood Science and Engineering. At least 3 year experience in Customer Services, Chemical industy or Particle Board industry. Good interpersonal skills. Good service mind and communication skill. Fast learning. Good command of English (Listen, Speak, Read, Writ). Good computer skill (Ms. Office). Able to be flexible in working hours. Have a driving license.
