Job: Executive Secretary to CEO
Location: Hatyai Factory

Main purpose

An Executive Secretary supports CEO to perform his responsibilities in an organized. To be Supervising and following up on the operations of the departments in matters; meeting preparation, report preparation, follow-up, document preparation, travel coordination, appointment schedule as to smoothly and target

Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate and organize executive meetings. Preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings, taking minutes of meetings and following them up accordingly to be able to conduct the meeting effectively according to the plan. and facilitating management with accuracy and timeliness
2. Follow up on matters assigned by the meeting. and reporting results to executives and attendees acknowledged at the specified time
3. Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
4. Make travel and visa arrangements, book accommodation and prepare travel itinerary for the Executive both domestic and international.
5. Advise the Executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
6. Support cooperates secretarial duties by coordinating documents for signatures, safekeeping, etc. deliver office administrative tasks as required
7. Other assignment for support Executive
