รายละเอียดงาน
1. Working closely with Senior Venue and Event Officer in order to support him/her
to secure the quality indoor and outdoor venues plan for Face to Face
Fundraising Program
2. Monitoring and exploring for making sure that we get the right venues where it
matches to our donor target based on Fundraising strategy.
3. Immediately reporting the problems when ace to Face fundraisers (DDCs) is
raising the venue where provided is in wrong spot.
4. Finding opportunities from media or campaign programs for Face to Face
fundraising events supervised by Line Manager
5. Exploring and collecting the potential of free venue rental contacts i.e.
Government office building, State Enterprise buildings and etc.
6. Assisting and supporting the Senior Venue and Event Officer on the day to day
basis or when required.
7. DDC Territory Coordinators, DDC City Coordinators, DDC Admin Coordinator,
Finance Dept. Venue Rentals and any suppliers related to the works.
8. Ensuring short and long term venue and event activity plan which supervised by
line manager is in place.
9. The venue tracking reports must be accurate and sufficient for use.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัครCalm under pressure with a good service Minded and team player Problem-Solving Skills Good communication skills in English in writing, speaking and presenting. Good skills of project development with power point presentation. Good leadership skills in managing and supervising teams. Very organized with the ability to manage budgets and people. The ability to manage the area. Bachelor's Degree in any field. At least 1-3 years of experience in event management
